Rachel Adams - Instructor/Industrial Hygenist
Rachel Adams holds a B. S. in Environmental Health Sciences from Purdue University as well as a B. S. in Medical Technology and is certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (A.S.C.P.). She has extensive education and experience in mitigating water losses as well as residential buildings that have had water intrusions resulting in secondary mold damage that often causes health effects to the occupants.
Mark Stapleton - Lead Carpet Cleaning Tech
Mark has been hired as our lead carpet cleaning technician. He has over 5 years experience cleaning professionally and is IICRC certified as a carpet cleaning and water restoration technician.
Kari Cole - Marketing Director
Kari holds a BA in training & development; as well as serveral IICRC certifications. She has been involved in the restoration field going on 8+ years. She has extensive experience in mitigation, drying, fire restoration and contents cleaning. As well as business development and marketing in the restoration industry.
Tricia Kaiser - Xtreme Team
Tricia Kaiser has been working with Kurt for 5 years. Her main objectives are to build, develop and maintain the Xtreme Team. She helps to implement and infrom all of the members of new programs available. She is the key recruiting and relations person for the Xtreme Team. She is also the support person for the development of Bold Core Response.
Megan Houghtalen - Hydro Lab
Megan has been employed for 2 years and is in charge of the Hydro Lab. She handles all scheduling, registrations and information on classes held at the Hydro Lab.
Linda Higginbotham - Equipment Manager
Linda has been with Kurt for over 12 years. Her current duties are to track weather reports and contact other vendors in Indiana as well as in other states. She keeps track of equipment availability and vendor equipment needs.
